The indoor pool was a great way to unwind. Plus, it's super convenient being close to the interstate.

It was at a quiet location even tho the freeway was near by we couldn't hear the cars on it at night. The hotel smelled good the minute we walked in. We enjoyed the breakfast. We liked the fact that to get in from the outside you had to use your key, not just anyone could walk in. Thank you.

The location was convienent. It included breakfast.

The sheets weren't crispy clean, too thin and wrinkly. They usually serve cookies in the evening but didn't have any for arriving quests.

The Executive Queen Room was really spacious and clean, felt fresh and modern. Super comfy beds made it easy to relax and sleep well. Loved having a microwave and a big fridge for snacks. Breakfast was great too, especially the variety and quality! Had a good time in the pool and hot tub, even though it got a bit crowded at times.

Family with children great experience

The breakfast was excellent, had a fantastic variety like bacon that wasn't just the thin stuff, and the omelet choices were spot on for picky eaters. The room was clean, roomy and the housekeeping staff deserved a shoutout for their hard work.

It wasn't cheap but still good enough to not complain.

Superb breakfast with friendly service.

Close to airport with shuttle service....staff friendly and accomodating. We had a very noisy neighbor at 4 in the morning and the staff quickly took care of the problem. We were not there very long - 12 hours coming into Reno from Tahoe to catch 6 A.M. flight.

Facilities is very good, and front desk service is friendly.

The breakfast buffet stood out as a highlight, with hardworking staff ensuring everything was replenished. My room was clean. The availability of an ample number of towels in the bathroom added to the convenience of my stay. I also appreciated how the hotel's overall cleanliness enhanced my experience.

The shuttle service does not operate early enough.

We truly enjoyed rooms with the hot tub. The location was unbeatable - not far from quiet area and quiet area of town and the services of Holiday Inn. We stopped by Cafe de Manila for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

clean hotel in exceptionally nice and unbeatable location in reno. reasonably large and well decorated room with a couch, coffee table, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.
